We hand-select only the best pork bellies, raised by a small group of carefully chosen farm families.

From there, we hand-trim ‘em to size, cure ‘em to perfection and smoke ‘em naturally over real hardwood. We then end with the perfect cut of not-too-thick, no-too-thin, just-right slices, for a richer, meatier product that’s, well, legendary.
