Bacon Guacamole


  • 2 large avocados(about 2 cups), seeded and peeled
  • 3 strips Kentucky Legend Bacon, cooked and crumbled into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp. diced tomato, (¼-inch dice)
  • 2 tbsp. diced red onion, (¼ inch dice)
  • 2 tsp. minced jalapeno
  • 1 lime
  • Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste


  1. Place seeded and peeled avocados into a medium mixing bowl and mash with a fork, spoon or potato masher until they reach desired texture.
  2. Add cooked bacon, tomato, red onion and jalapeno to the mashed avocadoes. Gently stir until well combined.
  3. Squeeze the juice of one lime into the avocado mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste and gently combine.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
