Grilled Ham Tapas
These tapas ""small bites"" are easy to make and delicious.
- Fresh white bread, sliced (baguette or similar, cut on the diagonal 1/2"" thick)
- Kentucky Legend Quarter Sliced Ham, thin sliced, as needed
- Cheddar or Swiss cheese, as needed
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Kentuckian Gold Dijon Mustard or balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Toast the bread and spread with the Dijon mustard or balsamic vinagraitte before drizzling with olive oil.
Place cheese on each of the bread slices, top each slice of cheese with a slice of ham and grill (panini press) until the cheese begins to melt.
